BitTorrentBlogBitTorrent has announced in this blog post that it will launch its new distributed syncing product. This cloud storage service aims at users who want to manage their personal files between multiple computers.

BitTorrent Sync is still in its Pre-Alpha stage. The company is urging their users to participate in developing the program. So if you are comfortable in trying out alpha versions of the software, just fill out the online application.

BitTorrent Sync will use P2P (peer-to-peer) technology in which it syncs files between devices without cloud caching using the native apps for Linux, Windows, Mac, and as well as NAS integration. Files in BitTorrent Sync will be encrypted.
