Cisco closed the deal and acquired Cloupia, a cloud automation software for $125 million. Cloupia is a cloud automation software that is aimed at making things easier by automating redundant tasks to get the job done fast.  The company specializes in helping businesses run and manage public and private cloud situations. One of Cloupia’s product is called a Unified Infrastructure Controller. The software lets companies build their own cloud public cloud infrastructure. Another software Cloupia is known for is Cloud Genie. Cloud Genie is a data center management software for iPad. When the deal closes, Cloupia’s employees will be mixed into Cisco Data Center group.
