Imagine the endless possibilities you’ll have when you are able to tap into machines that think the way a human mind thinks. N2Sky is a proposed system which can make computer-simulated neural networks available to multiple cloud providers.

Erich Schikuta and Erwin Mann, a computer Science faculty at the University of Vienna outlines a system that provides a neural network tools aimed for novice and experienced users, and provided in a cloud made up of various service.

This is called Sky Computing. It aims to create a single cloud environment that can support large applications and make use of different cloud based affinities based on the type of resources available.
