google_drive_logo_3963Google Drive has now added to its cloud storage service which allows the installation of third-party apps, and allow developers to host basic HTML, JavaScript and CSS websites. With this new ability, users can open files in third-party apps directly using the Google Drive interface. Developers can store, host, and share HTML, JavaScript, and CSS files and can be available almost anywhere; therefore, a lot easier to work with others.

Don’t expect too much from the hosting feature of Google Drive because it cannot replace a commercial web host. It is similar to Google Apps currently available like Pancake.io and DropPages.
