US Presiden Barack Obama is preparing a legislative proposal that will impose limits on National Security Agency’s bulk collection of phone data. According to the report, the administrator’s plan is to end the systematic collection of data surrounding the call habits of Americans. Bulk records will remain in the hands of phone companies and NSA would need to get a permission from a judge to access to these records.

However, this new court order will require phone companies to make records available in faster and more usable format then make data about new calls placed or received be available on a continuing basis.
