Web hosting provider, Parallels have unveiled “Customer Success”. Customer Success is headed by former Microsoft Exchange executive Mark Hindsbo. Customer Success is designed to provide Parallels partners, the tools they need as well as training and education. The company has also release a new Toolset in Parallels PartnerNet to assist with cloud developers and independent software vendor.

Parallels also introduced Parallels Support Exchange. Parallels Support Exchange is a complete SaaS multi-party incident management solution.


Parallels PartnerNet is a private portal for service provider partners that provides news, products and services, marketing tools, developer downloads, and documentation.
