sago-networksSago Networks, a managed hosting and data center provider announced on Monday that they have acquired the web hosting provider, Razor Servers for an undisclosed amount. This marks the company’s ongoing expansion strategy and further expands its presence in the dedicated cloud hosting market.

Razor Servers operate a 26,000 square-foot data center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in which they offer a full range of dedicated hosting, colocation hosting, and cloud hosting services.

Sago Networks will be able to integrate Razor’s services in its own operations while migrating clients to its 200,000 square foot data center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Razor Servers’ clients, on the other hand, will benefit from the 24-hour phone support through Atlanta, and other locations staffed by Sago Networks.
