During the release of XBox One gaming system, Windows Azure cloud computing service which powers Xbox live network, the platform was plagued with problems including storage outage, and followed by problems that were attributed to DNS issues outside of its network.

Xbox Live is reportedly experiencing issues with Storage in North Central US. Customers in the area will likely to experience intermittent timeouts when accessing storage in North Central US. Problems soon arise in other regions like North Europe, Southeast Asia, West Europe, East Asia, South Central US, East and West US.

The issue could be on the Microsoft’s Infrastructure in Chicago in which the company has built a huge data center that is housed in shipping containers.
